Meet The Owner! I started Seed Needs at just 15 to bring my family closer, to retire my father, to employ friends, and most importantly, to help people!

How did you start? Seed Needs originally started as a username for an online marketplace. We discovered Amazon in 2010 and soon after, we established a brand, selling our products to millions of happy customers over the past decade.

What are you most proud of? With the success of Seed Needs, we have been able to grow our sponsorships from just 1 kid to over 100 kids each month. We are very humbled to help those in need!

Boasts A Delicious Citrus Flavor Though most people consider the Mexican Sour Gherkin (Melothria Scobra) to be a part of the cucumber family, it actually belongs to the Melothria family. Though it looks much like a tiny watermelon, and goes by nicknames such as cucamelon, mouse melon, and little watermelon.

The Filling Process Started out with hand-filling all seed packets! Incorporated machines in 2017. Machines have allowed us to offer more variety. Cost-effective method compared to hand-filling.
